Exchange Policy

  • Products can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and accompanied by their original tags and packaging.

    Exchange is strictly available under the following circumstances:
    1. Size issues
    2. Defective or damaged items
    3. Wrong item received

Note: Customers are required to provide the order number and product pictures for validation of all exchange
requests.

Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds for changes of mind or personal dislike regarding color and design choice.

Refunds are only applicable if:

  • The product received is verified as damaged upon arrival.
  • The selected item goes out of stock after payment has been completed

Approved refunds will be processed and credited within 2–4 working days
